The 28-year international was introduced in the 64th minute instead of Enis Bardhi with the scoreline indicating 3-0 for the hosts.
Trezeguet needed only five minutes to get on the scoresheet after being set up by Bakasetas to score with a curling ball from inside the box.
The win boost Trabzonspor in qualifying for the knock out stage as they are now second of Group H with 6 points, just like Monaco, and three behind leaders Ferencvaros.
They will be out to play bottom-side FK Crvena Zvezda in the next round then hosting Ferencvaros in the final match day of the group stage.
