The international striker came off the bench in the 58th minute of the game to level the score 15 minutes after being introduced at the expense of Samuel Moutoussamy.
This goal is the fifth for the Egyptian striker in 19 appearances on all fronts so far.
The former Zamalek striker joined Nantes from Turkish side Galatasaray on a season-long loan in the close season.
