“Thanks, every one for the messages and sorry if I can’t to reply to all of You.”

“Now all my focus will be in recovery and to come back stronger.”

Kouka expressed his determination to bounce back from this setback, saying "Giving up is never an option. You fall down 100 times. You stand up and rise again."

The international striker netted his tenth goal this season on Friday when he scored the winner in his side’s 1-0 win over Umraniyespor in a Turkish League game.

He was carried off on a stretcher, few minutes later after sustaining a knee injury.

The 30-year-old joined Alanyaspor last summer on a season-long loan deal from Greek giants Olympiacos.
