Just three days after finding the net in Frankfurt's 6-0 victory over HJK Helsinki in the Conference League, the 24-year-old made a significant impact in the Bundesliga clash against Dortmund.
Marmoush opened the scoring from the penalty spot in the 8th minute and extended his team's lead with a well-placed shot from inside the area in the 24th minute.
Despite Frankfurt's 2-0 advantage, Dortmund managed to reduce the deficit just before halftime, courtesy of a goal from Marcel Sabitzer.
Substitute Youssoufa Moukoko then leveled the score for Dortmund nine minutes into the second half.
Fares Chaibi restored Frankfurt's lead, but Julian Brandt salvaged a late equalizer for Dortmund, finding the net eight minutes from time.
With his double on Sunday, Marmoush has now scored a total of eight goals across all competitions since joining Frankfurt on a free transfer from Wolfsburg last summer.
