The international striker needed only two minutes to open the scoring for Nantes with a well-executed free kick.
Six minutes after the break, the 25-year-old provided a well-placed pass to Zimbabwean forward Tino Kadewere, who converted it into the team's second goal.
This goal marks Mohamed's first since returning from international duty with the Pharaohs in the Nations Cup, where he produced a string of fine displays, scoring four goals in four games.
With seven goals in 17 games, Mohamed is currently Nantes’ top scorer this season.
