The 30-year-old needed only six minutes to open the scoring with a superb header from close range, giving his side an early lead.
He sent a pinpoint right-footed cross that find Oguz Aydin, who slotted the ball into the top right corner to double Alanyaspor's lead in the 32nd minute.
12 minutes after the hour-mark Kouka found the net again when he connected with Aydin's cross in the box, skillfully guiding the ball into the back of the net with his left foot.
However, his stellar contribution was cut short as he was substituted off just seven minutes later.
With Tuesday's brace, Kouka took his goal tally to four goals in the the Turkish league and seven in all fronts.
Following this victory, Alanyaspor climbed to 9th place in the Turkish Super League table, accumulating 42 points from 31 games.
