The 25-year-old, who spent the previous season at Stuttgart, scored a goal and provided an assist, taking his goal tally to 11 goals and placing him at the top of the Bundesliga's leading scorers chart, tied with Bayern Munich's English striker, Harry Kane.
Marmoush displayed his versatility by delivering a precise corner kick that led to Hugo Ekitike's headed goal.
He then showcased his scoring prowess by converting a magnificent free kick from 25 meters that found the back of the net.
This goal marked Marmoush's third consecutive free-kick goal, following his strikes against VfL Bochum in the Bundesliga and Slavia Prague in the Europa League.
The former Wolfsburg and Stuttgart forward has scored 14 goals and ten assists in 16 appearances across all competitions.
Many reports have suggested that Marmoush has attracted interest from Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich, who are reportedly keen on securing the services of the talented Egyptian player.
Premier League clubs Liverpool and Arsenal have also been strongly linked with a potential move for Marmoush.
