According to the report, Trabzonspor is on the verge of completing what would be the biggest signing of its summer transfer window after reaching a preliminary agreement with the 34-year-old Egyptian.
Salah is currently vacationing in Greece, where Trabzonspor has reportedly sent him the contract for his signature.
Earlier last week, Turkish club Beşiktaş temporarily suspended negotiations to sign Salah after sporting director Önder Özen described the financial demands made by the player's representatives as excessive.
Trabzonspor finished third in the Turkish Süper Lig last season with 69 points, eight behind champions Galatasaray. They will compete in the Europa League qualifiers next season.
MLS clubs Inter Miami and San Diego FC have also been linked with Salah. San Diego's ownership publicly confirmed its interest shortly after the forward's departure from Liverpool was announced.
Salah became a free agent this summer after ending a nine-year spell at Anfield.
He left as Liverpool's third-highest scorer, with 257 goals in 442 appearances, behind Ian Rush and Roger Hunt. During his time at the club, he helped Liverpool win the Premier League, the UEFA Champions League, and several other major trophies.
