Egypt's attacking midfielder Mahmoud "Shikabala" Abdel-Razek is available for Al-Wasl when they face Al-Wehda in the United Arab Emirates league after recovering from a muscle tear he sustained last December.
"Shikabala returned to training after his arrival from Cairo on Monday," UAE newspaper Al-Bayan revealed.
Al-Wasl's French coach Guy Lacombe is expected to include the former Zamalek star in his squad for the upcoming games, after they lost in his absence.
"Shikabala's absence affected the team's performance and caused the 1-0 loss to Kalba in the UAE Cup," Lacombe said.
The 26-year-old has shown some impressive displays since joining Al-Wasl last summer on a one-season loan from Zamalek, scoring five goals for the team, who are now eighth in the league table with 17 points after 13 matches.
