Michael Essien's agent hinted on Thursday that the future of his client at AC Milan is uncertain as he will discuss his future with the team's new coach after the World Cup.
The veteran midfielder arrived at Milan last January after signing an 18-month deal but the player is likely to exit the Italian giants after failing to establish himself there.
"I will meet with Milan after the World Cup, and then we will decide what to do," Agent Fabian Piveteau was quoted as saying by football-italia on Thursday.
"It also depends on the new Coach."
