The Confederation of African Football (CAF) decision follows the refusal of Etoile to honour a fixture against Kaduna in Nigeria last weekend because they feared for their safety after deadly post-presidential election violence.

Kaduna will face one of eight African Champions League third round losers over two legs for a place in the group phase of the second-tier African championship won last year by FUS Rabat of Morocco.
