Senegal coach Alain Giresse has admitted his side will have a tough mission on Sunday when they face Egypt in their Nations Cup qualifier, adding he is targeting a "positive" result in Cairo.

Senegal are second in Group G with seven points, just one ahead of Egypt and three behind leaders Tunisia, who are on top with 10 points.

"Egypt have a good team," Giresse told Wiwsport on Thursday.

"Given their position in the group, they have no choice but to win Saturday's clash, and thus our mission will be tough against them."

"Our target is to avoid losing in Cairo and I believe we are capable of achieving this mission," he added.
