Swansea's Ghanaian winger Andre Ayew is delighted with his performances at the English Premier League side and is looking forward to success with the club.

The 26-year-old joined Swansea this summer after eight years at French side Olympique de Marseille, and has produced a string of strong displays, scoring four goals in nine appearances so far.

"It’s still a little early to make a first assessment, but it’s true, I take great pleasure," Ayew was quoted as saying by Ghanasoccernet on Monday.

"So I will continue to work diligently so what happens is even better.

"I came here to try to improve myself again and to bring added value to Swansea too."

The international winger highlighted the role of manager Gary Monk and his teammates, who have helped ease the pressure after he arrived in the Premier League

"I have a lot of responsibilities, but the coach and my teammates put me at ease."
