Hameur Bouazza's last-gasp winner fired Etoile du Sahel past Al-Merreikh as they went top of Group A of the African Champions League with maximum six points after two games.
Diogo Acosta broke the deadlock after meeting Hamza Lahmar's cross with a powerful header in the 34th minute. Bakri Al-Medina leveled the score in the 52nd minute but Hameur Bouazza gave Etoile all three points with a 93rd-minute goal.
Al-Merreikh drop to third in the group with a solitary point.
In Angola, Sudanese champions Al-Hilal were held to a goalless draw at Ferroviario da Beira. It is their second draw of the group after they were also kept at bay by compatriots Al-Merrikh at home. They are now third in the group with two points, four behind leaders Etoile du Sahel.
In Group C, Tunisian giants Esperance were held to a goalless draw by Ethiopia's St George but they remained top with four points.
St George are second with only two points before Wednesday's other group game AS Vita Club and Sundowns.
