Manchester City's Ivorian forward Yaya Toure said on Sunday that the Citizens should be careful when they host Queens Park Rangers (QPR) next Sunday in the final day of the Premier League, as the Blues are hoping to secure the league title.
The Ivorian forward scored twice on Sunday's 2-0 win over Newcastle to make his side the firm favourite to win the Premier League title.
"It's not finished," Yaya Toure told Sky Sports.
"We have one game left and we have to be careful as QPR are fighting to stay in the Premier League. We have to continue to work hard and believe,'' the 2011 African player of the year added.
Following Sunday's victory, Manchester City have 86 points -- the same as archrivals Manchester United -- who defeated Swansea City 2-0 later on Sunday, but the Citizens took the lead due to a considerable goal difference (8 goals).
City will win the title if they succeed to beat Queens Park Rangers on Sunday.
