Fulham's Malian midfielder Mahamadou Diarra has extended his contract with the Cottagers by another year.
The former Real Madrid midfielder joined Fulham on a six-month deal in January after remaining six months without a club since his departure from relegated French side Monaco in the summer of 2011.
The 31-year-old player impressed during his 11 appearances with Fulham and he succeeded in convincing coach Martin Jol to extend his deal until the summer of 2013.
