Ghana's Berekum Chelsea have insisted their match against Zamalek in the African Champions League on 8 July will be at the club's Golden City Park stadium.
The Cairo giants recently lodged a complaint with the Confederation of African Football (CAF) asking for the match venue to be changed because the Golden City Park stadium was inappropriate.
Earlier on Tuesday, Zamalek announced on its official website that the game would be moved from Berekum to the Baba Yara stadium in Kumasi, which was later denied by Obed Nketiah, Chelsea's chief executive.
“As far as I’m concerned, we are playing all our matches at the Golden City Park stadium here in Berekum,” Nketiah told www.berekumchelsea.com.
“Facilities at the stadium have improved and been approved by CAF.
“I know Zamalek and the other clubs will love it when they visit us in Berekum," he concluded.
Chelsea was paired with Zamalek in Group B alongside TP Mazembe and Egypt's Ahly.
