Olympiakos' Algerian forward Raffik Djebbour revealed Tuesday that he is in talks with Ligue 1 side Olympique Marseille to join them this summer, adding he is flattered to be linked to such a prestigious club.

''I need a rest after a long season; I don’t think about anything now even if my representatives are in France to talk about this subject," Djebbour told French magazine France Football on Tuesday.

"Marseille are a great club; it will be logical to be there if negotiations end successfully," he added.

The 28-year-old forward, who joined Olympiakos in January 2011, said he enjoyed his career in Greece, which started in 2005 when he moved from the Ligue 1 side Louviéroise
to Ethnikos Asteras. However, he expressed his desire to have a new challenge with "a classy club."

''Olympiakos were a big club in Greece. They compete every season in the European cups, but I want to play with a classy club that competes for the Champions League title. It, however, depends on Olympiakos' agreement," he said.

Djebbour, who scored 19 goals in 31 appearances with Olympiakos, has one year remaining on his contract with the Greek side.
