The Lions of Teranga defeated the Pharaohs on penalties in the final of the 2021 African Cup of Nations in January.
The double header in the third and final phase of the World Cup qualifiers will be played on 25 March in Cairo and 29 March in Dakar, with the winner securing a spot at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
The Egyptian authorities are allowing 60,000 people to attend the game in Cairo International Stadium.
