An own goal from defender Moussa Sissako in the first leg in Bamako (1-0) was all what they needed to reach their sixth World Cup after settling for a scoreless draw at home on Tuesday.

Azzedine Ounahi opened the scoring in the 21st minute before a brace from Tarik Tissoudali either side of the interval put Morocco in command. Achraf Hakimi completed the rout on 69 minutes, with Ben Malango scoring a consolation for DR Congo eight minutes later.
The Atlas Lions will now play at their sixth World Cup.
