The 21-year-old has signed a five-and-a-half-year deal, with an additional one-year option, which will keep him at the North London club until 2030.
Sarr has been a regular starter in Ange Postecoglou's squad, making 16 starts in 18 Premier League appearances this season so far.
He joined Tottenham from the French side Metz in the summer of 2021 and returned to the Ligue 1 club on loan the following season.
Since making his debut for Spurs in January 2023, Sarr has made 33 appearances in all competitions, scoring twice, including the opening goal in his team's 3-1 win over Bournemouth in a Premier League game on Sunday.
Unfortunately, he left the field in tears during the first half, and there are doubts about his participation in Senegal's Afcon campaign in the Ivory Coast.
Senegal is scheduled to begin their mission in the Nations Cup on 15 th January when they face Gambia in the Group C opener.
