Lydia LB Academi of Burundi went through after beating Ivory Coast's ASEC Mimosas Abidjan 4-2 on penalties following a 1-1 aggregate draw.

Union Sportive Bitam of Gabon also prevailed with a 3-0 aggregate victory over Algerian outfit USM d'Alger.
