Etoile Sahel of Tunisia beat Ethiopian side St George in their second Group A match of the African Confederation Cup on Saturday

Tunisian side Etoile Sahel came from behind to earn a 2-1 home win over Ethiopia's St George in the their second Group A match of the African Confederation Cup on Saturday.

The visitors took an early lead when Etoile defender Ali Nafkha scored an own goal after 17 minutes but Issam Jebali notched home 10 minutes later to restore parity.

Algerian Baghdad Bounedjah capitalized on a defensive blunder to score Etoile's winner in the 71st minute, giving the Tunisians their first group victory after they slumped to a 1-0 loss to compatriots Sfaxien in the group opener. St George also have three points from two games.

Etoile Sahel are scheduled to face Stade Malien in Mali on 17 August, while St George will host Sfaxien on the same day.

Earlier on Saturday, DR Congo's TP Mazembe defeated FUS Rabat of Morocco 3-0 in Group B.
