Goalkeeper Shaaban Dihile and midfielder Mwinyi Kazimoto, who play for Premier League side JKT Ruvu Stars, won their first call-up nearly a year.
The home-side currently lie third with only a point from two matches, and will need to beat their visitors to have any hope of qualifying for next year's African Nations finals, to be hosted jointly by Equatorial Guinea and Gabon.
