Club Sfaxien became the first team to reach the Confederation Cup's semis after earning their fourth consecutive win in their group on Sunday.

Striker Fakhereedine Ben Youssef scored the only goal in the 68th as Sfaxien claimed a 1-0 victory over Ethiopia's Saint George.

The victory maintained Sfaxien's position on top of Group A with maximum 12 points from four games, eight clear of second placed Etoile Sahel who suffered a 1-0 home defeat by Stade Malien on Saturday.

In Group B, Mazembe's Zambian midfielder Rainford Kalaba notched with five minutes remaining to give his side a 1-0 win over Tunisia's Club Bizertin.

Kalaba's goal put Mazembe on top of the group with seven points, two ahead of second- placed  Club Bizertin.
