20:30 Both teams are currently warming up now...

20:15 Another intriguing fact is that each side made three changes from the first leg, with Chelsea fielding Hazard, Torres and Cole, while Diego Simeone named Tiago, Arda Turan and Adrian Lopez.

20:10 Interestingly, José Mourinho named three full-backs in Ivanović, who returns after suspension, Cole and Azpilicueta - which suggests a midfield role for the latter.

Line ups:

Chelsea: Mark Schwarzer, Branislav Ivanović, Gary Cahill, John Terry, Cesar Azpilicueta, Ashley Cole, David Luiz, Ramires, Fernando Torres, Eden Hazard, Willian.

Chelsea lin-up

Atletico Madrid: Thibaut Courtois; Juanfran, Miranda, Diego Godín, Filipe Luis; Mario Suárez, Tiago Mendes; Adrián Lopez, Koke, Arda Turan; Diego Costa.

Atletico Madrid lin-up

19:35 The visitors have no other selection worries, with striker Diego Costa continuing his return from injury by featuring in the 1-0 victory over Valencia at the weekend.

19:05 Defender Javi Manquillo has been included in Diego Simeone's travelling squad, but he is not expected to play any part in proceedings as he continues to nurse a neck injury.

18:35 For Atletico, midfielder Gabi will miss the second leg through suspension after picking up a yellow card in the first leg.

18:00 Branislav Ivanovic is likely to play right-back with Cesar Azpilicueta switching to the left to push Ashley Cole out of the starting XI, while Frank Lampard and John Obi Mikel (both suspended) and Nemanja Matic and Mohamed Salah (both ineligible) are out.

17:15 Mark Schwarzer is expected to start in goal, as, despite Petr Cech (shoulder) appearing for training with the squad on Tuesday, the Czech goalkeeper will not feature.

16:30 Chelsea captain John Terry, midfielder Eden Hazard and striker Samuel Eto'o are all in contention for starting berths after shaking off ankle, calf and knee complaints respectively.

15:30 Spanish leader Atletico could be even more desperate. It has never won the Champions League, and made its only final appearance 40 years ago

15:00 Chelsea will reach the final, the first under Mourinho, if the team can build on a hard-fought 0-0 draw with Atletico Madrid on Wednesday
