The claims relate to FIFA presidential candidate Mohamed bin Hammam's meeting with Warner and other Caribbean football leaders earlier this month.
Warner says he is "unaware of the particulars of the matter being investigated by FIFA at this time." The CONCACAF president added in a statement: "I am not aware of any wrongdoing on my part and I shall listen to allegations made." They emerged a week before Sepp Blatter is challenged by Bin Hammam in the FIFA election.
Warner says "it is interesting to note the timing of these allegations and the hearing scheduled days before the FIFA presidential elections."
