Inter Milan will keep the 2005/6 scudetto after an Italian court dismissed a bid by Juventus to have the title revoked on Friday.

The Italian football federation’s sporting tribunal rejected the claim based on “insufficient grounds to have emerged from the results of the investigation”, according to a statement on its website figc.it.

In May, after a Naples court heard evidence of more widespread attempts to influence referees in the ongoing Calciopoli trial, the Turin club demanded that the 2006 title be revoked.
