Galliani tells the club’s official TV station, Milan Channel, that “there’s an agreement with the player and a short while ago we sent a message with an offer to City: a free loan with the rights for a full transfer under certain conditions.”
City has reportedly set a ?4 million ($5.4 million) price to acquire Tevez on loan for the second half of this season, and is asking for another ?20 million ($26.9 million) to keep him after that.
Galliani says he wants Tevez in Dubai at Milan’s holiday training camp at the end of this month.
