AC Milan striker Alexandre Pato
Qatari-backed PSG have tabled a fresh offer for a three-and-a-half year contract worth 28 million euros with an additional seven million euros in bonuses for Pato.
The 22-year-old forward will reportedly receive an annual salary of between six and seven million euros at the club where he will link up with his former boss Carlo Ancelotti.
The forward's agent is in Milan but is expected in Paris on Friday to finalise the deal.
Pato's departure could be followed by the arrival at Milan of Manchester City's wantaway Argentine star Carlos Tevez.
Milan chief executive Adriano Galliani travelled to England on Thursday in a last-ditch effort to sign the former City captain.
