Although Carlo Ancelotti remains unbeaten as Paris Saint-Germain coach, a failure to beat lowly Ajaccio at home on Sunday would make it four French league games without a win and give cause for alarm at the big-spending club.
PSG has drawn its past three matches to relinquish top spot to Montpellier. The team almost lost two of them, coming back from 4-2 down last weekend to draw 4-4 at Lyon, a week after a last-gasp equaliser rescued a 2-2 home draw with Montpellier.
Sporting director Leonardo and some players hailed the team’s fighting spirit after those games.
But Ancelotti, having won Champions League titleth AC Milan as a player and coach, will sures wily have been worried by the soft goals conceded from corners and free kicks.
