England's preparations for its exhibition game against Chile on Friday have been disrupted after the team was forced to switch training bases because of a ''suspected stomach virus'' at the National Football Centre.

The Football Association says the team will not train at St. George's Park in central England on Tuesday ''as a precautionary measure'' and will instead relocate to a base north of London.

No England players are believed to have been affected by the suspected virus, which affected a small number of visitors to St. George's Park over the weekend.

Roy Hodgson's team is playing Chile at Wembley Stadium on Friday, before taking on Germany at the same venue four days later.
