Egyptian club Ahly won the African clubs volleyball championship title Monday after beating Tunisian rivals Étoile Sportive du Sahel 3-1 (20-25, 25-18, 25-20, 25-18) in the final.
The Cairo giants came from behind to dominate the game in three successive sets and clinch the title from their hosts.
Ahly is now the most successful club in African clubs championship history; they have won the title 12 times.
The Reds last won the title in 2015.
