The Pharaohs displayed a strong performance throughout the match, establishing a commanding 20-13 lead in the first half and maintaining their superiority in the second half to secure the win.
Egypt reached the quarter-finals after leading their Group B with a maximum six points following three successive wins.
In the semi-finals, scheduled for Thursday, Egypt will face the winner of the match between Tunisia and Guinea, which will be played later on Tuesday.
Tunisia, who hold a record of ten-time African champions, are widely considered the favorites to win their quarter-final match and potentially set up a showdown with the Pharaohs in the semis.
Egypt and Tunisia are the continent powerhouses, having won 12 out of the 13 previous editions of the tournament.
Both sides have an impressive track record, with each securing six titles.
The only exception was in 2014 when Algeria emerged as the champions.
The Egyptian national team won the last two editions held in Tunisia and Egypt respectively.
The winner of this tournament will represent Africa in this summer's Olympic Games Paris 2024.
