The Egyptians trailed 17-14 at halftime but rallied in the second half to share points with the Danish team.
It was Egypt’s second draw in the main round, following a 35-35 result against the Czech Republic on Monday to finish second of Group D with four points, one behind leaders Denmark.
Egypt will face Spain in the quarter-finals on Thursday, while Denmark take on Iceland on the same day.
