Film Clinic, founded by scriptwriter and producer Mohamed Hafzy, is preparing to document the participation of the Egyptian national football team in the World Cup in Russia in June 2018.
"The programme Al-Rabta will document the team's preparations in Russia and go behind-the-scenes to reveal their exercises and what happens in the rooms of the football stars," marketing and film distribution company MAD Solutions said in a press release.
Al-Rabta will air on CBC satellite channel and it will be the fourth cooperation between Film Clinic and the duo Shiko and Hisham Maged who will present the programme.
"In cinema, Film Clinic recently won 10 awards at the Egyptian Cinema Film Association Festival for Ali, the Goat and Ibrahim, directed by Sherif El Bendary, Sheikh Jackson, filmed by director Amr Salama, and Withered Green, by director Mohamed Hammad," MAD Solutions noted.
"The company is currently working on the film Gunshot by director Karim El-Shenawy. In television, Film Clinic's TV show Seventh Neighbour is currently aired on CBC in its second season."
