Brewer made headlines yesterday after becoming the first woman with Down syndrome to sashay down the catwalk at New York Fashion Week.
This comes within a campaign entitled 'Role model not Runway models' that aim to show women outside the mainstream stereotype, emphasise the different aspects of beauty and focus on the designs rather than the women's bodies.
