50 of the scholarships are offered to students among the top 500 in Thanaweya Amma.
The other 20 scholarships are offered to the best students in the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) high schools which Egypt has established in cooperation with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to provide top-notch education for academically-motivated students.
Nile National University is Egypt’s first non-profit research university, founded in July 2006 by the Egyptian Foundation for the Development of Technology Education with the support of the Egyptian Ministry of Communications and Information Technology.
The university has five colleges: Engineering and Applied Sciences; Business Administration; Information Technology and Computer Science; Management of Technology; and Biotechnology.
The scholarships are available to students accepted at Nile University for the 2023-2024 academic year and can be applied for through the following link: https://www.nu.edu.eg/apply-now.
Other entities and foundations have recently announced more funded scholarships through the 2023-2024 academic year.
Results for Thanaweya Amma were released on Monday by the Ministry of Education, with a success rate of 78.8%.
The 2023-2024 academic year at Egyptian universities will start on 30 September.
