Overnight and early morning Israeli strikes on Friday hit several areas across the strip, including the outskirts of Deir al-Balah and the city of Khan Younis.

The Director General of Gaza’s health ministry said Israeli forces had killed more than 250 people in the past 36 hours.
He added that over 150 injured people had been admitted to Al-Awda and the Indonesian hospitals.
A spokesperson for Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital told Al Jazeera that Gaza’s hospitals are unable to cope with the number of critically wounded.
He said operating rooms were at capacity and warned Israeli forces were deliberately targeting hospitals throughout the Palestinian territory.

The wave of attacks in northern Gaza came as Trump wrapped up his visit to Gulf states on Friday. The former US president did not stop in Israel.
There had been hopes that his regional tour might help broker a ceasefire or secure a resumption of humanitarian aid into Gaza, where Israel’s blockade has entered its third month.
On Thursday, medical sources reported that 136 Palestinians had been killed across the territory, including 83 in the south, five in the central region, 11 in Gaza City and 37 in the north.
