The Women's Foil team will take on their Italian counterpart in the quarterfinals, aiming to do better than the men's Sabre team who were eliminated from the same round before finishing in 6th place.

Table tennis player Omar Assar will continue his campaign at the Paris Olympics when he faces Truls Moregard of Sweden, hoping to advance to the semifinals for the first time in the country's history.

Assar was eliminated in the quarterfinals at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.

After losing their previous two games against Brazil and Italy, respectively, with the same score (2-0), the Egyptian women's beach volleyball team is set to conclude their Paris campaign with a tough clash against Spain who lie second in the Group.

Archer Youssef Tolba will have a mountain to climb when he takes on Florian Unruh of Germany in the Round of 32 of the individual event.

Tolba ended the ranking round in the 62nd place out of 64, while Unruh was ranked 3rd.

In Sailing, Aly Badawy and Kholoud Mansy will start their missions in the Dinghy men's and women's events, respectively, as they compete in races 1 and 2 in both events.
