30' Fathi cuts inside and sends a trademark left-footed strike that the keeper gets out for corner.

25' Djimrangar wins a foul from Saad Samir, free kick for Chad.

22' A brilliant team move sees Ghaly send a croosfield ball out to Fathi who plays a delightful one-touch ball to the underlapping Gaber before the keeper denies the latter.

18' Egypt have lessened the intensity of their attack after going two goals ahead, with the aggregate score 2-1 now.

14' Chad's Djimrangar strikes from outside the box but sees his shot deflected off an Egypt defender...out for corner.

9' Fathi brillinatly skips past his opponent down the right before sending a cross with this weak right-foot to another onruishing midfielder in El-Saied, who heads home past the keeper.

5' A one-two between Fathi and Omar Gaber sees the latter pull the ball back to the unrushing Elneny who finds the net from inside the box!!

16:40: Chad's ambassador to Egypt has refuted rumours indicating that the visitors have requested to delay the match due to their late arrival.
