A graphic design professor at the fine arts college in Luxor has made a design to commemorate the martyrs of the January 25 Revolution

Ahmed Mohey Hamza, a professor of graphic design at the Fine Arts College in Luxor, has designed a memorial monument for the martyrs of the January 25 Revolution.

Hamza has stated that the design can be replicated for the governorates that wish to have a suitable memorial monument.

He added that the memorial, which fits the spirit of this generation because it represents willpower, is inspired by the culture of the ancient Egyptians. He elaborated that the memorial is in the shape of a tilted triangle, reminiscent of the Egyptian pyramids.

As a side note, Hamza said that the memorial should be made of tin in order to prevent it from rusting.
