Egypt striker Mostafa Mohamed made it four goals in as many games for Galatasaray to help them to a precious victory in the Turkish league on Sunday.

The 23-year-old converted a penalty with three minutes remaining, finding the net for a fourth straight game and leading his side to a 2-1 victory over Kasimpasa.

Mohamed also had a hand in the opener after nine minutes when his powerful header was parried by Kasimpasa keeper into the path of Muhammed Akturkoglu, who made no mistake on the rebound. .

Sunday's goal is the fourth for Mohamed in four games with Galatasaray as he was also on target against Istanbul Basaksehir, Fenerbahce and Alanyaspor respectively.

Mohamed joined Galatasaray from Cairo giants Zamalek on a year-and-a-half loan contract last month, with the Turkish club paying $2 million for his services with an option to make the deal permanent at the end of the year.

Galatasaray are on top of the Turkish league table with 51 points, on level with archrivals Fenerbahce after 24 matches.
