TP Mazembe clinched their first three points in the Champions' League group stage phase following their 1-0 victory over Vita Club on Sunday.
Mazembe's Tanzanian striker Mbwana Samata scored the winner in the 62nd minute of the game, giving his side three precious points.
Sunday's win keeps Mazembe's hopes alive in the continental competition as the four teams in the group all have three points after playing two games.
The first two sides in each group will advance to the semi-finals.
