Ahmed Hassan 'Koka' continued his fine scoring run for Rio Ave, notching a goal in a 5-2 drubbing of Gil Vicente to help his side seal a semifinal berth in the Portuguese Cup.
Following goals from Diego Lopes, Ukra, Pedro Moreira and Lionn, Egypt international Koka – who featured for the whole 90 minutes – completed the rout one minute from regular time when the score line was 4-2.
The 21-year-old powered a header home from a diagonal cross from the left, to take his tally to 10 goals this season - having bagged his seventh league goal against Pacos Ferreira last weekend.
Koka was the only Egyptian on the pitch, with Primeira Liga bottom side Gil Vicente duo Marwan Mohsen and Hossam Hassan already ruled out of the match.
