Beleaguered midfielder Moemen Zakareya has been named in Ahly's provisional squad for the Egyptian league game with Masry on 10 January.
Zakareya has been involved in a contractual dispute between Ahly and Zamalek, where he spent an 18-month-long-loan, after the ENPPI midfielder was found guilty of signing for both clubs upon his return to his boyhood club in the winter break.
Even though the Egyptian FA has yet to issue a verdict on Moemen's case, Ahly decided to include him for the Masry league fixture, which is to be played at Gouna Stadium.
The 26-year-old, however, is likely to be omitted from the final squad for the Masry-Ahly fixture - with the FA set to issue a ruling ahead of Saturday's game.
Ramadan Sobhy has been also named in the squad, as winger Walid Soliman and holding midfielder Hossam Ashour all miss out through suspension.
