Translation: They asked Goha, “where is your homeland?” He answered, “wherever my wife lives.”

Meaning: Goha, the medieval sage-fool who injects wisdom into simple statements, is acknowledging the importance of the women in his life. When asked where he is from, he tells people that home is where his wife is.
