The envious one is always exhausted

 الحسود تعبان

El hasud ta’ban

Translation: The envious one is always exhausted.

Meaning: Envying the good fortune of others is a tiresome task, so perhaps it should be abandoned altogether. This proverb has fallen out of use, but the wording is clear and people should understand it if you wish to use it.
