هين قرشك ولا تهين نفسك
Heen ershak wa la teheen nafsak
Translation: Your money can spare you a lot of humiliation.
Meaning: If you can spare yourself suffering by spending extra money, go for it. This proverb is still in use, advising people that their time and dignity are worth more than money and material possessions.
