The 66-year-old Heynckes told German daily Bild on Monday, “actually, 2013 was supposed to be the end, but who knows how much it will still appeal (then).”
The former Bayer Leverkusen coach said: “I’ve said many times that I’d finish after Leverkusen but I didn’t stick with that. I’ll do this year first, win something, then another year. And then I’ll see.”
Heynckes’ contract with Bayern runs until 2013.
